Here is a still from the shot film I am currently working on 'Bank Affairs'.
The character was modelled by Tom Cannell, who is an animator on the film also. Otherwise the rest in this shot was made by myself.
This isn't a shot directly from the film mind. More testing the character and the car in the environment.
Lit and rendered in passes with MR, without any GI / Final gather type stuff.

This is some recent work I have produced loosely on the struggle between the different eco-classes of vehicles. It underwent a fair bit of post-production work to push the illustrative look.
I didn't model the cars myself, but the idea/shaders/lighting/comping etc. is by me.

I modelled this watch in XSI, rendered in 3dsmax with vray, and comped in photoshop over 2 days.
It was mainly a test for myself for a product vis example for my portfolio - so I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out.

I haven't done a car that wasn't for a job for a while now, I started this model last summer and had to get around to finishing it as it easily one of my favourite classics.
I used some of my own photos for the wall textures along with a couple from mayang.com, and the HDR is from sachform.de..
